1. Who we are
This website is operated by UMTM Group LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("UMTM Group", "we", "us"). UMTM Group is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. What data we collect
- Data you send us. When you contact us through the contact form or by email: name, work email, company, website, role, ad budget range, the services you are interested in and the content of your message.
- Client data. When you become a client: contact details of your team, billing information, and the business data you give us access to (for example ad accounts, analytics and CRM). Data we process inside your accounts on your behalf is governed by our service agreement with you.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records technical information such as IP address, browser type and the time of each request, to deliver the website and keep it secure.

3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis
- To reply to your request and prepare a proposal. Basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries (art. 6(1)(f)).
- To deliver our services. Basis: performance of a contract (art. 6(1)(b)).
- To meet tax, accounting and legal obligations. Basis: legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c)).
- To keep the website and our systems secure. Basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not send marketing emails without your consent, and we do not sell your personal data.
4. Who we share data with
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as email, cloud storage, video calls, hosting and accounting, under contracts that require them to protect the data.
- Advertising and social platforms, only when we run campaigns for a client and only as the client instructs.
- Public authorities, when the law requires it.
5. International transfers
UMTM Group is a United States company and some of our providers are located outside the European Economic Area. When personal data of people in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland is transferred outside those areas, we rely on safeguards recognized by data protection law, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.
6. How long we keep data
- Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement: up to 12 months from our last contact.
- Client records: for the duration of the engagement and afterwards for the period required by tax and accounting law.
- Technical logs: for the period set by our hosting provider, usually a few weeks.
7. Your rights
If you are in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, to receive it in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
If you live in a U.S. state with a privacy law, you may have similar rights to know, correct and delete your data. We honor these requests wherever they apply.

8. Security
We use access controls, two-factor authentication on our business accounts and encrypted connections to protect personal data. No system is completely secure, and we will notify you and the competent authorities of a data breach where the law requires it.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell clients about material changes by email.
